Pre-WW1 only men had the vote and records do generally not give the house name.
Many addresses are given simply as ‘Upton’ – some of these may be further Upton Park entries.
However the right to vote went with both residency and with ownership hence absent landlords could apply to be on the roll of their rental property as well as at their home.
